The Band Toto Asia
Toto expanded its production facilities overseas, and was doing business in France and Germany, Indonesia, Korea and Taiwan, Thailand and the People's Republic of China. Toto saw North America as a growth market for Washlet's bidets and toilets, as opposed to its "base" markets of Japan and China.
토토사이트 recorded Toto words so that the next generation could be able to read the words. However, many words were replaced with foreign words, such as dui, which is Bengali for verandah.
Origins
Incorporated in 1917, Toto's early years were a mirror of Japan's economic growth. In the early years of its existence, the company produced products to meet the demands of modern and contemporary urban housing. It had the first tunnel kiln in the country that could produce ceramics continuously. It also pioneered the use automation to control production, allowing for more efficiency and consistency.
The company began expanding overseas in the late 1980s to take advantage of new markets and sales opportunities. The company established the Cera Trading Company to import and distribute other manufacturers' products to enhance its own line of sanitary earthenwares and plumbing fittings. This strategy increased sales and increased the firm's global market share.
In the 1990s Toto began to focus on research and development for water-related appliances. It also improved its system of distribution to better serve its customers and increase profit. The company implemented a just-in-time approach to supply chain management, and it used the same method for its sales process. This led to a higher level of customer satisfaction.
Toto continued to develop toilet technology. Its latest toilet, for instance, has a strong tornado flush that is more ecologically friendly than conventional toilets. The company also makes use of recycled water in its production process and has a green procurement policy. Apart from toilets, Toto manufactures faucets and bathtubs, as well as hand dryers that are more energy efficient than conventional models.
The first museum of the company was opened in 2015, and it has exhibitions about Toto's iconic products and their development, its group companies (all having to do with ceramics) as well as the historical background of plumbing and products such as bath units, and in a separate gallery, Toto products sold around the world. The museum also includes a bathroom with a WASHLET toilet and other toilet-related innovations.
Before forming Toto members of the group performed session work for various musicians. Keyboardist David Paich, drummer Jeff Porcaro and guitarists Mike Porcaro and Steve Lukather all played on the album Silk Degrees by Boz Scaggs. They also performed on albums by Steely Dan, Seals and Crofts, and Sonny and Cher.
Discography
It is common for a group with a name like Asia to be a prog rock band however, it's actually a relatively straightforward rock band. The group began as a group and recorded two albums: 1979's self titled debut, and 1980's Armed to the Teeth. However, even though the group have a wide range of musical backgrounds their biggest hit was achieved in 1982 with Toto IV.
The album was a major blockbuster, but it was not without its own set of issues. The record companies placed Toto under pressure to release the top single or they would rescind the album. Toto was able achieve this feat with the help of the smash hit "Africa."
Toto's musical mastery is a result of their prior experience. Before forming the group, the members were session musicians for artists such as Boz Scaggs. Steely Dan and Seals and Crofts. Their distinctive sound has become the standard for '80s music, influencing many contemporary artists.
The album begins with a hefty dose of hard rock, with songs such as Running Out of Time and Unknown Soldier showcasing the bands ability to write fantastic AOR songs that slowly work their hooks into your. The album also features more jazzy, slower tracks such as The Little Things and Chinatown. The album concludes with Great Expectations. This song blends folk and the distorted AOR that could seem like a complete blunder, but is very effective.
After Toto IV the band's fortunes began to decline. David Hungate left to concentrate on his solo career, and the band was through numerous drummers. In 1984, Bobby Kimball was fired from the band in aftermath of drug-related charges. However, the band continued as a trio, which included Michael Porcaro and Steve Lukather.
Toto released Isolation despite the turbulence. It wasn't as well-liked as IV. However, the band had a successful chart-topping album in the year 1992 with Kingdom of Desire. This album marked the end of the original Toto lineup and was the first album to feature a new singer, Simon Phillips.

Line-up
The album's third, Turn Back, marked the return to the traditional sextet arrangement of previous albums. It was a more powerful, consistent effort with a harder edge than Hydra. The edgier sound of Turn Back reflected the growth of the band. The drummer Bobby Kimball's increasing virtuosity was reflected by the vocal delivery of Joseph Williams, who had become more confident and mature. David Paich's work was more refined, sharper and less cloned previously recorded performances.
After touring to promote the album, the group recorded a live performance in Amsterdam which was released as a two-CD set entitled Falling In Between Live on Eagle Records. The studio album came out a few months later, and the group embarked on a world-wide tour in support of it. During this period, keyboardist Greg Phillinganes replaced Paich and bassist David Hungate quit the group to spend time with his family.
In 1998, Paich & Lukather began exploring old tapes and demos to find songs that hadn't been recorded before. It was completed in 2001 as a duo album titled Then and Now. It was the first album by the band not to include any single song that had the word "A" in the title, and it also contained one previously not released track, "Kari-Anne".
By 2003, Toto had begun to decline in popularity. The group's fourth album, Old Is New, was a commercial failure, and the vocalist Williams was suffering from a severe laryngitis infection which hampered his singing. Hungate also returned to Nashville and Leland Sklar's drumming duties were replaced by Shem Von Schroeck.
Downes, Wetton Palmer and Howe, the original members of Asia The original Asia members met in England early in 2006 to discuss the possibility that the band could be revived. This lineup, minus Howe who was occupied with Yes during that time, became Toto XIV. They toured extensively.
In 2010, the band reunited for another reunion tour with a slightly different line-up, including guitarists Mike Porcaro and Steve Lukather, drummer John Pierce, bassist Shannon Forrest, and multi-instrumentalists Warren Ham and Dominique Taplin. The group also featured a special guest appearance from singer Michael McDonald and a backing vocalist named Mabvuto Carver.
