This study provides clear guidance of the physical qualities to be developed to maximize athletic performance while also providing the initial framework to guide future WF classification research.Lung cancer is the leading cancer according to the World Health Organization (WHO), resulting in highest death rate worldwide due to the high level of metastasis. Hence, the drugs that protect from metastasis either as an adjuvant or a primary therapeutic agent may help to reduce the death rate. In this study, All Trans Retinoic Acid (ATRA) was tested for its action against metastatic lodging of B16F10 melanoma cells in the lung and liver of the C57BL/6 mouse model. Serum, lung and liver were evaluated biochemically for the cancer associated changes. Metastatic cancer development was confirmed by tumor nodule formation and histopathological analysis. RAR-β protein expression was analyzed by immunohistochemistry and histopathology. ATRA treated mice showed a percentage of inhibition on metastatic tumor growth in lung and liver and a corresponding protection against pathological changes in these organs. Cholesterol and γ-Glutamyl Transferase (GGT) levels found in cancer induced mice were reduced in the ATRA treated group. As compared to the normal group, lung tissue from cell line induced cancer control group had less RAR-β protein expression while the ATRA treated group showed enhanced RAR-β protein expression. This indicates that the anti-metastasis effects of ATRA might have shown the induction of RAR-β expression and subsequent molecular signaling pathways to regulate the homeostasis of biochemical changes. This study demonstrated the capability of ATRA to prevent the establishment of metastasis by the melanoma cell line into the lung and liver of experimental mice.Aryl Hydrocarbon Receptor (AHR) is a member of the PER-ARNT-SIM (PAS) family, which could mediate various biological processes, for instance, the balance of the immune system, cell proliferation, differentiation, vascular tissue remodeling and reproduction ability regulation. A previous research showed that the AHR gene exerted important functions on the pig reproduction, implying that it could serve as a candidate gene related to animal reproductive traits. Here, the aim of this work was to identify potential insertion/deletion (indel) mutations of the AHR gene in three sheep breeds and analyze the associations between these mutations and reproductive traits. Results showed that a 24-bp indel was uncovered three genotypes (II, ID and DD) in the Australian White sheep (AuW) and Lanzhou fat-tail sheep (LZFT) population, while there were only two genotypes (ID and DD) in Luxi black-headed sheep (LXBH). Moreover, the Fisher's exact test showed that the 24-bp indel mutation was significantly associated with litter size and live litter size in AuW sheep (Fisher's p  less then  0.05). Therefore, the 24-bp indel of sheep AHR gene can contribute to sheep marker-assisted selection breeding and further improve the sheep reproductive performance.Patients and healthcare providers (HCPs) may communicatively make sense of medication taking in divergent ways. Often, HCPs prioritize medication adherence, the extent to which patients consume medications as prescribed. In contrast, patients may focus on how medications fit in with their everyday lives. Care coordination organizations (CCOs) provide cohesive, interdisciplinary, health services to chronically ill patients and may help bridge the gap between patient and HCP sensemaking. Our qualitative study asked How do patients and HCPs involved in a CCO communicatively make sense of medication taking? Through thematic analysis, we found three themes related to patients' sensemaking. Patients (N = 9) made sense of medication taking (1) as necessary and important through embodied experiences, social discourses, and interpersonal interactions; (2) as easy when supported; and (3) through building bonds. We also found three themes related to HCPs' sensemaking HCP participants (N = 5) made sense of medication taking (1) through dialogue with patients; (2) by interacting in patients' home spaces; and (3) through building relationships with patients. Our final theme explores how communicative sensemaking became more complicated for participants in the context of psychotropic medications. Using Mishler's Voice of the Lifeworld (VoL) and Weick's sensemaking, we advance a constitutive perspective on medication taking. We suggest that researchers and HCPs should focus on constructing shared meanings about medication taking through dialogue, rather than on increasing adherence. KLKs may thus serve as potential biomarkers alone or in combination with other serum tumor markers, such as Cancer Antigen 125 (CA125), for early detection and assessment of the prognosis of ovarian cancer patients.Work-family balance has received meaningful attention from researchers and practitioners alike. Work and family are usually seen as two separate domains that are interdependent, with boundaries that have some level of permeability. Crisis situations can alter permeability of these boundaries, enhancing integration of the two domains due to exchange of ideas and spillover of concerns between these domains. This study looks at how these boundaries are impacted for nurses working directly with COVID-19 patients. The study conducted 24 semi-structured interviews with nurses. Through a thematic analysis the study found that the work-family boundaries have blurred due to concerns around the contagiousness and anxiety associated with the virus. In order to cope with these spillover and possible crossover effects, nurses use prosocial distortion and avoidance and create sub-boundaries at home.
