Also, ARSD co-expressed genes were associated with oncogenic transcription factors, MAF and GATA. TP53 transcription factor site was identified as a target of ARSD-AS1 mRNA. All patients received specific concomitant antineoplastic treatment, chemotherapy or endocrine therapy and/or target therapy.
